What I use? For GFX and Animation Gimp 2.0 You can download it free, but warning! Some people want money for it
For other things I user paint. When you have windows, Paint is on the PC. But when you have Mac ect. you can download Paint.NET, it's free, too.
Mean you that? It don't give a site, where you can draw pictures. It gives just programmes.

Ok, cool. I'll think about dowloading them later.
